About me
I will still be karting in 2009 but hope to move up to Formula BMW for 2010.
Suriya is a 16 year old racing driver from singapore. He travels to many countries to participate in many international races around the globe.He is now testing the Formula BMW with ART Motor sports. He is currently studying in Saint Francis Methodist School in Singapore. His goal is very simple and is very common, He wants to become Singapore's First Formula 1 Driver!
Career
Suriya finshed the Asian Karting Open Championships 2008 in 8th out of 23 drivers in asia and finished overall 4th in the Malaysian Rotax Max Challenge.
Suriya is slowly buliding confidence and experience in the asian racing scenes and will be racing the Asian Karting Open Championships next year too to fight for the Championship. He was also in the ROK International Finals 2008 which is held at Italy.
He would also like to thank his parents for their support and encouragement for him to work towards his dream of becoming a successful racing driver.
