Dani Domit Takes Scholarship Points Lead

Dani Domit's second place in Round 9 of the MSA Dunlop British Formula Ford championship (Scholarship Class) gave him the series lead 17 points ahead of second placed Luke Williams.

The race was run in the morning and Dani was hopeful that he would leave the circuit after race two that afternoon still at the top of the points table.

Dani was looking good in the second race but a coming together with Luke Williams at turn one following a restart ended Dani's day and also his title lead!

He's looking forward to getting back on track for the rest of the year. "Yes it's a shame that I only had the points lead for a few hours but, I've shown people that I'm a serious contender for the title and next time I get ahead I hope to stay there!"
